The majority of the calls we receive here are due to pet damage in carpet. Our pets are apart of our family, and they make mistakes just like any other family member would. If the damage is less than 2 feet away from the tile, then we will stretch the carpet back to the title. But if the repair is more than 2 feet away, we will use a permanent patch the complete the repair.
